Weekly Recipe Goal – English Muffins
I found the recipe from Utah Deal Diva. She actually made wheat and I just used regular flour.
They did come out quite tasty with all the nook & crannies, but didn’t seem to rise as much as I thought they would or possibly I rolled them to thin? I know that I had to add quite a bit more flour since my dough was really quite runny and not at all workable. I should have probably added the extra flour before letting my dough rise, but I didn’t really think about it until after I punched it down and saw that it was still way to moist to do anything with.
In the end though, they did come out quite tasty and I will definitely try making them again to see how if I can improve the technique.
